Does the cost include labor?
Yes, when you enter a labor rate per square foot. You can set it to zero for a material-only planning estimate.
Can I use this for composite decking?
Yes. Enter the actual board width and your supplier's price per linear foot, then use the waste allowance that fits the layout.
